You are invited to attend the launch of Bali’s first Slow Food Convivium – a group of people who grow food, cook food or just plain love food. We are dedicated to preserving, protecting and promoting the foods and animals that are sustainably produced in Bali.
We’re celebrating the establishment of our Convivium with a private, by-invitation-only dinner at Linda Garland’s estate. A line-up of chefs and a delectable dinner menu is now being planned and we’ll send you all the details as soon as we have them. Meanwhile, please keep December 5th free for a unique, delicious and informative evening – what we hope will be the first of many!
