Welcome to the site of Bali's first Slow Food Convivium, a branch of Slow Food International.
We are a passionate group of foodies with a mission to preserve, protect and promote Bali’s food products, especially those which are integral to the culinary heritage of Bali and surrounding islands. Our group also serves to educate both local and visiting consumers about the benefits of traditional products versus conventional/mass-produced alternatives.
